The Somatic Dialogue in Coaching and Therapy - Workshop

In this Introductory Workshop you will gain basic insights into the Communication Model of Somatic Dialogue. We employ movement, touch and mindful perception of oneself and others to trigger a helpful and healing development. The Somatic Dialogue is one of the main principles of the Somatic Method Physio-Mentale Entwicklung as it is taught in the system I have developed.

The Somatic Dialogue in Coaching and Therapy - Lecture Demostration

In the Lecture Demonstration Dieter Rehberg will give a full one-on-one coaching session live in front of the audience, applying the Somatic Dialogue, followed by reflection and questions.

Dieter Rehberg (AT)

Dieter Rehberg, RSMT, is a performer, Psychological Counselor (LSB), Somatic Movement Therapist (ISMETA) Somatic Dance Educator and Massage Therapist. He developed his method by integrating various dance, bodywork and counselling techniques from his professional work as a somatic therapist and performance artist, and has combined it with his insights into Buddhist theory and practice. He is the director of the "Institut und Akademie für Physio-Mentale Entwicklung" and host of the WienJam.

For 20 years He has taught nationally and internationally, and has maintained his private practise in Vienna. His principle concern in his workshops and seminars is creating a clear and coherent communication of the content in a mindful atmosphere, and to never leave any questions unanswered. "I created "Physio-mentale Entwicklung" (PME) for you realizing that with all the different methods I have learned- quality of execution, how you sense, move and touch are all crucial to success. In Buddhist psychology and philosophy I have found excellent guidelines for helpful and healing actions. I created PME because I wanted to have a working method at hand that is safe, simple, comprehensive and sustainable at the same time."
