Rivers and Oceans Inside Me

Rivers and Oceans Inside Me

Water carries information, and perhaps through the body's fluid system we are connected as humans to all living things. Via the body's fluid system we can sense, feel, process information and attune to our entire body in addition to our relationships with others. Part of our personal movement style is mirrored in how we articulate our body's fluid system. This reflects our inclinations and interests. In this workshop, I would like to focus on fluid dynamics as a means to healing and the generation of energy.
