A Journey Beyond the 5 Senses

SOMA Festival Praha 2020 -  Sunday 12:30 -14:00

A Journey Beyond the 5 Senses: Organ Cleansing & Emotional (Co-)Regulation

Starting with taking in visual information on organ placement and function, we then use our inner sight to embark on a movement meditation journey that explores the embodied anatomy of the organs and the 5 senses. Through practicing "Smiling Within" and the "6 Healing Sounds" (from Qi Gong), we initiate a process for cleansing the organs and releasing emotional negativity and physical tension.

On our journey we awaken our senses and uncover our layered emotional states, finding emotional neutrality, and management of the ventral vagal safety system and safe spaces along the way. Through this mobilization of our energetic anatomy we transform - moving beyond the 5 senses into sublime states of knowing (6th sense and neuroception) and the "practice of pleasure" (embodying positive emotional states). The class ends with an active "grounding" and sharing session anchored in embodied empathy and emotional co-regulation.
