I am interested in a movement mosaic consisting of pieces of stretch and release, movement paths explorations and internal and external inspiration. During the individual movement sessions, I am helping my clients to answer their question what to do to feel better in their bodies and movement.
I am a certified BodyMind dancing teacher and a second year student of Dynamic Embodiment Somatic - Movement Therapy training created by Martha Eddy. I have also completed three years Conscious Body program with Rena Milgrom followed-up by two years of practical studies. Next to that, I am a member of improvisation movement groups Pohyb JáMy and IMPROVISIT.
Next to the somatic movement training, I can also benefit from my PhD. background in Adult Education and 20 years of HR management practice in the international environment. Long hours of sedentary work combined with the stress and pressure can negatively influence your well-being. Using dynamic embodiment principles, I can create targeted, inspirational and efficient somatic movement sessions as a prevention of potential severe body-mind disruptions.
